The Role
We are seeking an Operations Officer to oversee daily logistics operations, ensure smooth cargo handling, and support our clients with timely and accurate service. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate import and export shipments across air, sea, and road.

Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and transport partners.

Prepare and verify shipping documents, customs declarations, and compliance paperwork.

Monitor cargo movement and resolve operational issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Provide operational support to the sales and customer service teams.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and documentation.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

Good communication skills in English and French (Creole is a plus).
